APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP

| SMCAF is interested in extending membership to physicians who are actively interested in military medicine, and who are in a position to consider its special challenges, opportunities and problems among related groups. |
|
| The Society depends on current members to sponsor and endorse new applicants. Organizational renewal for SMCAF comes both from advancement of Associates to Active Membership, and from inviting qualified members of other medical interest communities to join SMCAF activities. |
|
| In particular, Reserve Forces Physicians; those involved in education and training of physicians; and, physicians interested in medical systems, ethical, and legislative issues would find common cause with SMCAF. |
